If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to visit the Security Badging Office at the Fitzsimons Building, Room N1207 to have your photo taken and your Access Control Badge produced.
This Photo Upload web site is provided by the Security Badging Office, a division of the University Police Department Division of {CU Anschutz} and its third party suppliers. We may update these terms and any changes will be effective immediately.
About Access Control Badge
The Access Control Badge is the official ID card of the University and is managed by the Security Badging Office, a division of the University Police Department. The Access Control Badge is the property of the University and its use is governed by the University's regulations and policies.
How we will use your photo image?
The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your Access Control Badge. The Access Control Badge is proof of identity and provides access to facilities. Everyone is granted access to various CU Anschutz buildings on campus using your Access Control Badge. This access is based on the approval given to you by your department/school. Common university area access, such as the Strauss Health Sciences Library and the education buildings, is automatically granted to all. Staff and students will be required to use their cards at the library to check out books.
Other uses of your image
By submitting this photo for your Access Control Badge, you agree this photo may be used by your department/school.

Access Control Badge Policies
- Access Control Badges are property of the University Police Department.
- Lost cards must be reported to the Security Badging Office (303-724-0399) during business hours or the University Police Department (303-724-4444) after-hours.
- The badge holder is responsible for the cost of a replacement card.
- Do not lend your card badge to anyone for any purpose.
- Do not puncture, pierce, cut or bend your badge..
